This is unaged new-make spirit from Saburomaru Distillery in Toyama Prefecture, run as a heavily peated batch in 2020 and bottled at 60% ABV in a 20cl bottle.
It was distilled in the Zemon, a copper pot still cast in Japan and one of very few Japanese-cast pot stills in use in modern whisky production. The spirit has not been matured.
