Saburomaru New Born Limited Edition is a Japanese whisky from the Saburomaru Distillery, the only distillery in the Hokuriku region. It is owned by Wakatsuru, and like several Japanese distilleries it makes sake in winter and whisky in summer. The whisky was made in 2017, matured in bourbon barrels and bottled in 2019, with 800 bottles produced. It is described as a delicate, smooth spirit.
