Suntory Hakushu Distiller's Reserve (70cl)

Hakushu Distiller's Reserve is a Japanese whisky from the Hakushu distillery, known as the Forest Distillery for its setting among dense woodland in the Japanese Alps. It is made by blending young, vibrant malt with older, subtly peated components. The nose shows green apple, soft smoke, mint, pine and a touch of citrus. The palate is clean and lively, with pear, light peat, herbal freshness and a gentle sweetness. The finish is crisp and lightly smoky. It can be drunk neat, with water or in a highball.
