Hibiki 21 Year Old is a Japanese blended whisky from Suntory, made from malt and grain whiskies of 21 years or more. It comes in a 70cl bottle at 43% ABV, with an amber bronze colour and the character of Mizunara, the Japanese oak.
The nose brings cooked fruit, blackberry, ripe banana and caramel. On the palate are sandalwood, honeycomb, dried apricot and Mizunara, and the finish is long and rich, carried by incense.
