Hibiki Blossom Harmony 2022 is a Japanese blended malt from Suntory, bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is the second edition of Blossom Harmony and was released in May 2022.
The whisky is amber in colour. Light fruit and creaminess are joined by soft floral tones and light spice from the sakura cask.
On the nose it is described as fragrant flowers and cherry blossom. The palate is round and soft, with acacia honey and a refined sweetness like sakura mochi, and the finish is long and rich.
