Suntory Old Whisky is a Japanese blend of malt and grain whiskies in a 70cl bottle at 43% ABV. It was first released in 1950 and is regarded as a representative Suntory brand. Its bottle shape has given it nicknames such as Dharma and Tanuki, the raccoon dog.
The nose and palate are vanilla, caramel and honey with a hint of smoke, smooth and mellow. The finish is long and slightly sweet, with vanilla and caramel lingering.
