Suntory Old Whisky Year of the Tiger 2022 is a limited-edition blended whisky of malt and grain whiskies, in a 70cl bottle at 43% ABV. Each year Suntory issues a bottle design inspired by the Chinese zodiac, and this 2022 edition takes the tiger as its theme.
The nose offers honey and ripe apple, with vanilla and a little oak behind. On the palate, caramel and ripe pear lead, followed by a touch of spice and gentle oak. The finish is medium-long, with vanilla and caramel and a light warmth.
