Syltbar Il Concerto Prosecco Brut NV (3L, 11.5%)

Syltbar Il Concerto is a Brut Prosecco, here in a 3000ml double magnum, the equivalent of four standard bottles. It is made by the San Simone family winery in Friuli-Venezia Giulia from the Glera grape, and is certified organic, vegan and made with no added sulfites. The wine is made by the Charmat method, which keeps the fresh aromas of the grape. San Simone works under its Progetto Verde sustainability framework. The Prosecco became associated with the Syltbar beach club on the German island of Sylt. On the nose there are pear, golden apple, white peach and lemon. The bubbles are fine and lively, with a brisk minerality on the palate.
