Talisker 10 Year Old is a single malt from the Isle of Skye region of the Scottish islands, bright gold in the glass.
The nose is smoky and powerful, with a hint of sea-water salt like fresh oysters and a citrus sweetness. The body is full and rich, with dried-fruit sweetness, touches of smoke and some maltiness. It ends with its trademark pepper and a note of sweetness.
