Talisker Distillers Edition 2022 is a single malt from the Isle of Skye, bottled at 45.8% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is a limited edition with a smoky-sweet character.
The nose combines sweet heather, peat smoke, sea air and dark fruit, with vanilla, honey and spice behind. Smoke and sweetness meet on the palate, alongside dried fruit, salt and a restrained spiciness. The finish is long and warm, with lingering smoke, a maritime note and a little sweetness and spice.
