Talisker Wild Blue 2025 Edition is a single malt Scotch made in partnership with the Blue Marine Foundation, in support of marine ecosystem restoration. It comes in a bottle made from 100% recycled glass, with a minimalist ceramic design in place of traditional labels.
The whisky spent 16 months finishing in red wine casks from the Atlantic coast of South Africa.
Cranberries and figs lead the nose, alongside a savoury, smoky note like bacon. The palate has Talisker's black pepper, a touch of fruit sweetness and a hint of tannin. The finish stays sweet, with more intense smoke.
