Talisker x Parley Wilder Seas is a single malt bottled at 48.6% ABV, made in partnership with Parley for the Oceans. It is the first Talisker finished in ex-cognac French oak casks, and it comes in a 100% recycled bottle.
The nose offers malt bread with sultanas, dates and dried figs, with chalky minerality, brine and sea salt. On the palate, rich sweetness turns to salt, smoke and fruit, with rising pepper. The finish is long, warming and lightly drying, with smoky fruit.
