This Teeling single grain whisky comes from a single cask, number 11412. It was distilled in 2005 and matured for 15 years in an ex-bourbon barrel, and is bottled at 60.1% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is butterscotch ice cream with fresh fruit, cracked pepper and soft malty tones. The palate is soft, creamy and floral, with plenty of fruit, vanilla, clotted cream and malt toffee. The finish is long, warm and toasty, with fruity, floral tones fading into gentle spice and sugars.
