This is Teeling Small Batch Irish Whiskey in an edition made for Notre Dame, the second Notre Dame Small Batch bottling. It comes in a 75cl bottle and is billed as the official Irish whiskey of Notre Dame fans.
It is a blend of grain and malt whiskeys, each aged separately in ex-bourbon barrels, then finished in Central American rum casks.
The flavour is described as vanilla and oak with a distinct sweetness, exotic fruit, and the roasted caramel and toffee character of malted barley.
