A 15 year old single cask Irish single malt from Teeling, distilled in 2005 and fully matured in an ex-bourbon barrel. It is bottled at 60.1% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose brings butterscotch ice cream, fresh fruits and cracked pepper over soft malty tones. On the palate it is soft, creamy and floral, with vanilla, clotted cream and malt toffee. The finish is long, warm and toasty, fading into gentle spices and sugars.
