Teeling Pineapple Rum Cask is an Irish blended whiskey made in collaboration with Stiggins' Fancy Pineapple Rum. It was bottled in 2022 at 49.2% ABV and comes in a 70cl bottle.
The whiskey was finished in casks that had held the pineapple rum, which gives it a tropical character.
The nose brings ripe pineapple, tropical fruit, vanilla and a light rum sweetness. The palate is full, with pineapple, brown sugar, citrus and soft herbs. The finish is medium to long, sweet and fresh, with a warm rum note.
