Teeling Pot Still is an Irish single pot still whiskey bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is distilled from a mash of 50% malted and 50% unmalted barley.
It matures in a combination of new American oak, ex-wine and ex-bourbon casks.
The nose has ripe stone fruit, floral notes and gentle spice, with a little honey and fresh wood. The palate is round and full, with ripe peach, light oak spice and a soft creaminess. The finish is long and warming, with vanilla, mild spice and a slightly oily texture.
