Teeling Single Grain is an Irish single grain whiskey from Dublin, made entirely from maize and bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle without chill filtration.
It is aged only in California Cabernet Sauvignon casks.
The nose is bright red berries, creamy vanilla and a hint of toasted oak. On the palate are cranberry, raspberry and spice, followed by caramel and a delicate note of dry wine tannin. The finish is long and warming, with lingering red fruit, white pepper and soft oak.
