This is an Irish single malt made from 100% malted barley and triple distilled at Teeling in Dublin. It is bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle and is non-chill filtered.
Its character comes from maturation and finishing in five styles of wine cask: Sherry, Port, Madeira, White Burgundy and Cabernet Sauvignon.
The nose is tropical melon, dried fruit, citrus, caramelised sugar, vanilla and gentle spice. The palate brings orchard fruit, mixed berries, chocolate, vanilla and spice, leading to a long finish of tropical passionfruit, pineapple and subtle oak.
