Teeling Single Malt is an Irish whiskey from Dublin, made entirely from malt whiskeys and bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
It combines five whiskeys finished in wine casks: Sherry, Port, Madeira, White Burgundy and Cabernet Sauvignon.
The nose is intensely juicy with white grape, fresh malt and Rolos, moving towards white chocolate as it sits in the glass. The palate has well placed fruit with cinnamon, white pepper and a touch of dried flower petals, with strawberries. The finish returns to strawberries, with fresh double cream.
