Teeling Single Malt is an Irish whiskey from Dublin, made entirely from malt whiskeys, in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV.
It is built from a selection of five whiskeys finished in wine casks: Sherry, Port, Madeira, White Burgundy and Cabernet Sauvignon.
The nose is intensely juicy, with white grape, fresh malt and Rolos, moving towards white chocolate as it sits in the glass. On the palate there is well-placed fruit with cinnamon, white pepper and a touch of dried flower petals. The finish brings strawberries and fresh double cream.
