This is an Irish single malt from Teeling, made from 100% malted barley. It is distilled, matured and finished in a combination of casks: virgin American oak, Ruby Port, Caravelos White Port, Madeira and Bourbon.
The result is a fruit-forward whiskey. The nose brings tropical fruits, caramelised sugar, oak spice and ginger. The palate offers chocolate, mixed berries and orchard fruits, and the long finish carries passionfruit and pineapple.
