Teeling Single Pot Still is an Irish whiskey from the Teeling Distillery in Dublin, in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV. The mash is half malted and half unmalted barley, and the spirit is triple-distilled.
It is matured in a mix of American virgin oak, bourbon and sherry casks.
The nose brings hibiscus flowers, honeycomb and citrusy white grape. On the palate, lychee sweetness meets white pepper and roasted peaches, and the dry finish carries roasted almonds and maple sugar.
