Teeling – Single Pot Still

Teeling Single Pot Still is an Irish whiskey made in homage to Dublin's whiskey heritage. The mash bill is half malted and half unmalted barley, and the spirit is triple distilled. It matures in a combination of American virgin oak, bourbon and sherry casks. The nose offers fresh fruits, grapefruit, lychee and spice. The palate brings peaches, poached pears, thick creaminess, cooked grains and allspice. The finish is dry spice with the rich sweetness of muscovado sugar.
