The rum barrels add extra character to the whiskey.
The nose is cut grass and orange blossom, with allspice, vanilla, apple pie and blackberries. The palate is spiced and rich, with rose petal jelly, lemon curd, creamy vanilla, dried herbs and cinnamon. The finish is floral and herbal, with caramel on the tail.
