Teeling – Small Batch Kyrö Rye Gin Finish Irish Whiskey (70cl, 46%)

This Irish whiskey comes from Teeling's Small Batch Collaboration series, made with the Finnish distillery Kyrö. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle, without chill filtration or colouring. The whiskey matured for 6 years in former Bourbon barrels before a finishing period in Kyrö's barrel-aged Rye Gin casks. Just 1,500 bottles were produced. Described as striking, it shows gin botanicals, rye spice, citrus rind, buttery grain, cinnamon, peach, apple, hay, light white wine and toffee. It is also said to work well in cocktails.
