Teeling – Small Batch Santa Teresa 1796 Cask Finish (70cl, 46%)

This is a blended Irish whiskey from Teeling in Dublin, made in collaboration with Santa Teresa. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle, without chill-filtration. The whiskey first matures in ex-bourbon casks, then spends a further period in solera casks that previously held Santa Teresa 1796 rum. It is a limited edition, built on a blend of grain and malt whiskeys. The notes include honey, dark chocolate, dried fruit and fine spices, with apricot, fig, cinnamon and lasting oak spice from the rum casks.
