Teeling Stout Cask is an Irish whiskey finished for three months in casks that previously held 200 Fathoms Imperial Stout, in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV.
The casks have come full circle. They first aged Teeling whiskey, then the imperial stout Teeling brews in collaboration with Galway Bay Brewery, and were then returned to Teeling to be filled with whiskey again.
The stout finish is described as bringing chocolatey notes to the whiskey.
