Teeling – Wonders of Wood Third Edition Single Pot Still Virgin Swedish Oak (70cl, 50%)

Teeling Wonders of Wood Third Edition is a single pot still bottling at 50% ABV, sold in a 70cl bottle. The mash bill is half malted and half unmalted barley, triple distilled at the Teeling distillery in Dublin. The whiskey is fully matured in virgin Swedish oak casks. The nose offers citrus fruits, hints of caramel and cooked barley. The palate is rich, with herbs, candied ginger, almond and treacle, and the finish brings light black pepper and nutmeg.
