A blended whisky made by St. Kilian of Rüdenau in Germany as a tribute to Terence Hill. It combines St. Kilian's own whisky with triple-distilled Irish whiskey from the Great Northern Distillery in Dundalk, both malt and grain. It was introduced in December 2021 and bottled at 46%.
The German share includes rum-cask malts, along with whisky from virgin oak and from Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. The Irish part matured in American ex-bourbon barrels. It is non-chill-filtered, with a pale golden colour that has not been adjusted.
The nose has pineapple, plantain, bourbon vanilla and creamy caramel, with a little molasses. The palate adds brown sugar, ripe banana, oak spice and some cocoa. The finish is long, with pineapple cream and dark caramel.
