A 5 year old single malt from Bakery Hill, the Australian distillery, bottled independently by That Boutique-y Whisky Company. It is the first Bakery Hill whisky the bottler has released, and it is a peaty one. This is Batch 1, a release of 429 bottles. The label shows the distillery's founder, David Baker, and his son Andrew, dressed as characters from a well-known television programme, a nod to David's past as a chemistry teacher.
