That Boutique-y Whisky Company Oxford Artisan Distillery 3 Year Old Batch 1 Single Grain English Whisky (50cl, 50%)

A 3 year old English single grain whisky from the Oxford Artisan Distillery, bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company at 50% ABV in a 500ml bottle. It is Batch 1, a release of 189 bottles. It is made from heritage grains: corn, rye, wheat and malted barley. The whisky comes from the first cask the distillery ever filled, and it was given a finishing period in a Sauternes cask. The nose is fresh baked apple pie. On the palate there is cinnamon and sultanas, followed by a finish of honey buttered toast.
