The seventh batch of Irish single malt from That Boutique-y Whisky Company, aged for 29 years before it was bottled. Batch 7 is an edition of 418 bottles. The nose is dense with raisins and caramelised apple, with a touch of kiwi. Apple and dried fruit continue on the palate, now joined by pear, melon and a pinch of ginger. The finish is subtly spiced with cloves, and the fruit lingers.
