The Busker Single Malt is an Irish single malt bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in bourbon casks and Sherry casks.
The bourbon casks bring vanilla cream, while the Sherry adds a dried fruit warmth. The mouthfeel is smooth and almost buttery, with a little oak in the background.
The nose offers green pear, wildflower honey, malted barley, lemon zest and vanilla pod. On the palate, honeyed grains lead to peach, almond nougat and citrus, then white pepper, nutmeg, chamomile and malted biscuit. The finish is clean and light, with honey and orange peel.
