The Busker Single Pot Still is an Irish whiskey made from malted and unmalted barley and distilled in copper stills. It is bottled at 44.3% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in a mix of bourbon and sherry casks. The nose is floral, with honey, oak, fudge and clove oil. On the palate, intense spice and pepper come first, softened by hints of toffee. The finish is long, warm and richly spiced.
