The Busker Single Pot Still is an Irish whiskey made from barley in copper stills. It was matured and finished in ex-bourbon and sherry casks, and is bottled at 44.3% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The nose is described as rich and complex, with fresh flowers, honey, oak, fudge and clove oil. On the palate there are intense spices and pepper, balanced by toffee, leading to a long, warm and spicy finish.
