This is a 12 year old single malt from The Dalmore, bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The spirit is first matured in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, in keeping with the distillery's house style of chocolate, orange and spice. It is then fully finished in casks that held a sherry made especially for The Dalmore, a blend of aged Oloroso and sweet Pedro Ximénez.
The distillery describes the result as sweet fruit with rich spice.
