The Dalmore 12 Year Old Sherry Cask Select is a single malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 43% ABV. It is matured for twelve years and made with sherry casks as its focus, aiming for sweet fruit and rich spice.
On the nose there is caramelised orange, ginger and sultanas, with honey running through it. The palate brings dark chocolate and crushed almonds, finished with a dusting of cinnamon. The finish turns sweet, with mango, panna cotta and lemon sponge cake.
