The Dalmore 12 Year Old is a Highland single malt bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It was first aged in ex-bourbon American oak, which gives a smooth, creamy base, and a portion was then finished in hand-selected Oloroso sherry casks.
The sherry influence brings dried fruit, spice and a rich, full-bodied finish.
Citrus fruits, chocolate and aromatic spices show on the nose. On the palate come Seville oranges, dried fruits and hints of vanilla pods.
