The Dalmore 15 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky, regarded as the clearest expression of the Dalmore house style. It is smooth, rich and well rounded.
It matures for 12 years in American white oak ex-bourbon casks. The whisky is then divided equally between three sherry woods, Amoroso, Apostoles and Matusalem oloroso, for a further three years.
The spirit is finally married together in a sherry butt, which allows the flavours to infuse.
