A 15 year old Highland single malt from The Dalmore, bottled at 40% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It began as a 12 year old whisky and spent a further three years in sherry casks, including Apostoles, Amoroso and Matusalem oloroso.
The nose is orange marmalade, cinnamon and nutmeg. On the palate there is mandarin, vanilla, ginger and crushed apples. The finish brings caramelised orange and rich dark chocolate.
