This is a 15 year old Highland single malt from The Dalmore, in a 100ml bottle at 40% ABV.
It is finished in several styles of sherry cask, including Apostoles, Amoroso and Matusalem oloroso. The whisky is described as the clearest expression of the Dalmore house style.
On the nose it is orange marmalade, cinnamon and nutmeg. The palate brings mandarin, vanilla, ginger and crushed apples, and the finish is caramelised orange with rich dark chocolate.
