The Dalmore 15 Year Old is a Highland single malt bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is aged in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, then finished in three sherry casks: Apostoles, Amoroso and Matusalem Oloroso.
The nose is spiced and rich in citrus, with orange marmalade, cinnamon, nutmeg and dried fruit. On the palate there are mandarin zest, ginger, vanilla and baked apple, with a sherried warmth. The finish carries dark chocolate and caramelised orange.
