The Dalmore 15 Year Old is a single malt finished in sherry casks of several styles, including Apostoles, Amoroso and Matusalem Oloroso. It is bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose brings orange marmalade, cinnamon and nutmeg. On the palate there are mandarin, vanilla, ginger and crushed apples, and the finish carries caramelised orange with rich dark chocolate.
