The Dalmore 2008 Vintage is a Highland single malt drawn from the best casks of a single year, as the Vintage Collection is selected. It was bottled in 2023 at 45.8% after 15 years of maturation, first in American white oak ex-bourbon casks and then in Matusalem and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.
The nose offers milk chocolate, caramel, mandarin and black pepper. The palate is sweet, with honey, cocoa, stewed apples and golden sultanas. The finish is medium in length, with vanilla, chocolate cake, orange and cinnamon.
