The Dalmore 25 Year Old is a Highland single malt from the distillery's Rare & Prestige collection, introduced in 2013. It comes in a 70cl bottle at 42% ABV.
It is matured in a sequence of casks: American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, aged Tawny Port pipes, and 30-year-old Matusalem Oloroso sherry casks from González Byass.
The nose is rich and aromatic, with exotic fruits, citrus, vanilla pods and treacle toffee.
