The Dalmore 30 Year Old 2021 Edition is a single malt matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks. It is then finished in Tawny Port pipes that previously held Graham's 30 Year Old Tawny Port.
The nose offers candied orange, treacle toffee, morello cherries and freshly baked brioche. On the palate come Black Forest fruits, pear tarte tatin and Victoria plums, and the finish brings Madagascan vanilla pod, Napoleon cake and shaved almonds.
