The Dalmore 35 Year Old is a Highland single malt bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It draws on three types of cask: American white oak ex-Bourbon, Colheita Port pipes and 30-year-old Matusalem Oloroso sherry butts. Once matured, they are married together in first-fill Bourbon barrels.
Colombian coffee, liquorice, orange, molasses, cherries and ginger mark the nose. The palate offers marmalade, ground cinnamon, chocolate cake, chestnut and raisin. The finish brings mango steeped in aged Port, plums and pineapple.
