The Dalmore Dee Dram Rivers Collection 2010 (70cl)

This is The Dalmore Dee Dram, a 2010 first release in the Rivers Collection. The collection takes in the Dee, Tay, Spey and Tweed, and was created by Dalmore's Richard Patterson to raise money for rivers conservation. The whisky is matured half in American white oak and half in Oloroso sherry wood, and comes in a 70cl bottle. The time spent in sherry wood is longer than usual, which is said to give an aftertaste of great complexity.
