The Quartet is a Highland single malt from The Dalmore, bottled at 41.5% in a 70cl bottle. It explores the influence of different casks.
The whisky was aged first in bourbon casks, then divided between three cask types: cabernet sauvignon wine, Matusalem sherry and Apostoles sherry. The spirit was then recombined and rested before bottling.
It is a fruity whisky, with notes of ripe and dried grapes alongside liquorice and chocolate.
